Especially Bonaire was his most favorite island for the people and nature.

Jos and his family decided in 2014 to emigrate tot this Paradise. In 2015 he sailed with his Bavaria 36 “Pure” over the Ocean to Bonaire, it was a great challenge,  [ more about his challenge ] In the Netherlands he is still active in the holiday industry, a company where caravans, folding trailers and motor homes are being sold. Feel the Fun, Feel the passion, Feel the freedom, Feel the adventure is everything about Jos.

Jos is a bon vivant and loves people !! Philosophizing, chilling and dreaming away on the boat ! Together with Jolanda his wife they love to share this passion with You!!

Rich fell in love with sailing on a friend’s sailboat and decided to take the plunge and start his own sailboat business, together with his marine biologist wife Dr. Sue, in 2015.

British born, Rich has been living on Bonaire since 2011 after a long career in computers. Rich is not only a qualified Royal Yachting Association Day Skipper, he is also a Master Scuba Diver Trainer, dive instructing on Bonaire for nine years, training and certifying over 400 divers.

Rich and Sue aim to share their knowledge of the natural world and have created a fun, eco-friendly, environmentally-conscious business, which is a perfect match for this idyllic island.

Skipper Frans

Oscarina

Frans is the proud owner of Oscarina, a true, classic sailboat. Frans came to Bonaire more than 20 years ago and fell in love with its natural beauty, both on land and in the sea. His profession as a mechanical engineer came in handy while restoring this boat back to its former glory. Now she floats peacefully in Bonaire’s crystal blue waters and is a beautiful as the day she arrived on Bonaire 30 years ago.

Frans welcomes you to this special island and will show you firsthand the beauty of Bonaire. Whether it’s a day of sailing, snorkeling, diving, or birding, he’ll guide you in style and comfort.

Although he’s often barefoot, he also has a pair of dancing shoes for a night in town.

Skipper Norman

Phoenix and more

Norman’s passion for sailing relighted when he moved to Bonaire. As a kid he owned an 18ft sailboat but now it was time for something more serious. Norman started sailing the Bonaire regatta on the Pure with Jos in 2016.
In the same year he stared as crew at Compass Sailing but was quickly promoted to captain. For the cruise season 2017-2018 he rented the Phoenix. Norman had more plans than the landlord liked so Norman bought the Phoenix at the beginning of 2018 and started his own sailing charter company.

Skipper Norman is a small multi entrepreneur who had several companies in different branches mainly in the event industry. So some fun and a good laugh can be expected joining him on board. Norman is a certified RYA Day Skipper, First responder & rescue diver, in possession of VHF certificate, never to old to learn much more and always in for some fun.

Seas the day folks!

Norman is skipper on the Phoenix but when a colleague is off island Norman can be a captain on all other vessels.

Captain Marco

Phoenix

Marco grew up with sailing as a kid and was a sailing instructor for many years on open sailboats in Friesland, the Netherlands.
Just before Marco left the Netherlands he certified for the “Klein Vaarbewijs I and II” and VHF Certicicate.

When Marco moved to Bonaire in 2017 he decided to hire himself out as crew or captain to different sailing companies. That is also when he met Norman on the Phoenix. Marco is a certified tour guide on Bonaire and started diving on Bonaire to explore the fantastic reefs of Bonaire. Currently PADI Emergency First Responder & Rescue diver certified.  It is always fun to be in or on the water and to learn something new.
